Eligibility

This giveaway is open to all individuals who file US Tax Returns through www.therefundgenie.com for the tax year 2024. Individuals can connect directly either to the official WhatsApp channels (+91 63839 79066, +91 84999 23331) or by emailing Varma@therefundgenie.com or Ganesh@therefundgenie.com to get their taxes done.
Employees of The Refund Genie, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Giveaway Period

The giveaway ends on April 15, 2024. Entries submitted after this date will not be eligible.

To enter the giveaway, participants must file their US Tax Returns using the services provided on www.therefundgenie.com. Individuals can connect directly either to the official WhatsApp channels (+91 63839 79066, +91 84999 23331) or by emailing Varma@therefundgenie.com or Ganesh@therefundgenie.com to get their taxes done.
Each tax return filing will automatically count as one entry into the giveaway.
The term entry refers to the taxpayer who gets their taxes done through www.therefundgenie.com.
Special Entry Conditions:
- Married Filing Separately: Filing separately will constitute two separate entries.
- Referral Bonus: If a participant refers five successful clients (who get their taxes done through www.therefundgenie.com), they will receive an additional two entries.

Winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
The drawing will be conducted on April 30, 2024.
Winners will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the drawing.
If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the notification, an alternative winner will be selected.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
The Refund Genie reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The Refund Genie is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information provided by the entrants.
In the event where a client, after getting their taxes done, asks for a refund of the filing fee paid to www.therefundgenie.com, they are ineligible to enter the giveaway.
Clients entered into the giveaway are considered happy with the services provided by www.therefundgenie.com once the giveaway is concluded.
Clients can opt out of the giveaway by notifying official WhatsApp channels (+91 63839 79066, +91 84999 23331) or by emailing Info@therefundgenie.com.

By entering the giveaway, participants agree to The Refund Genie’s Privacy Policy, which is available on the website.
Participants’ information will be used solely for the purposes of administering this giveaway.

The Refund Genie will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of participating in this giveaway or the acceptance and use of any prize awarded.

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States of America and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
